We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the items are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
Customized jewellery and items purchased during sales are non-returnable.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 24 hours with photos. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
